Sustainability Open Innovation Challenge 7th Edition!
The Sustainability Open Innovation Challenge (SOIC), organized by Enterprise Singapore, is back for its 7th edition, inviting startups and innovators worldwide to develop practical, scalable solutions for a more sustainable future.
This year, the Challenge explores critical themes including:
- Renewable Energy
- Offshore Wind
- Greener Industries
- Sustainable Agrifood
- Sustainable Materials
Participants have the opportunity to pilot solutions with leading corporates, gain mentorship, and scale their innovations with access to industry networks and resources.
Incentives & Opportunities
SOIC 7th Edition offers over S$3 million in pilot funding and support, including:
- Access to paid pilots and funding support with corporate partners
- Co-innovation opportunities with leading corporates
- Mentorship and industry networking
- Exposure to SOIC partner programs
- S$100,000 prize awarded by Hexagon Group for the Discovery Track
Challenge Tracks
Main Track: Collaborate with corporate partners to address specific sustainability challenges, including pilot funding and in-kind support for successful innovators.
Discovery Track: Innovators can explore novel technologies and co-develop solutions with corporates. Entries are eligible for the S$100,000 prize from Hexagon Group.
Open Submission: If your solution doesn’t fit a specific challenge statement, you can still submit under the Open Submission category.

- Application Deadline: 30 January 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8)
- Shortlist Announcement: 9 March 2026
